摘  要:通过试验分析了胶砂比、偏高岭土、减水剂、膨胀剂等对套筒灌浆料的流动度、强度、膨胀率等性能的影响,确定套筒灌浆料的最优胶砂比为5∶5,掺入3.0%的偏高岭土可明显提高套筒灌浆料的后期强度,减水剂、膨胀剂用量分别为胶凝材料的0.30%、10.0%,改善套筒灌浆料的流动度及膨胀率,形成套筒灌浆料的最佳配合比,并按JGJ 355—2015对钢筋半套筒灌浆连接接头的力学性能进行测试,评价套筒灌浆料的应用效果。Through the experimental analysis of the influence of cement sand ratio, metakaolin, water reducing agent and ex- pansion agent on the sleeve grouting material fluidity, strength and expansion rate,determine the optimal cement sand ratio of sleeve grouting material was 5:5,adding 3.0% metakaolin can significantly improve the later-stage strength of the sleeve grouting material,the content of water reducing agent and expansion agent were 0.30% and 10.0% of cementitious materlals,respectively,to 'improve the sleeve grouting material fluidity and expansion rate,forming the best fit sleeve grouting material ratio,and according to the standard JGJ 355--2015 to test the mechanical properties of steel half sleeve grouting joint,and the application effect of the sleeve grouting material was evaluated.
