摘 要:中国是世界上第一养猪大国和猪肉消费国,猪肉的产量及品质既关乎国家食品安全,又与人们生活质量、公众健康息息相关。中国拥有全世界最丰富的地方猪种资源,可以为品种改良提供重要支撑。国家自然科学基金委员会设立了重大项目"中国地方猪种成肌与肌内沉脂的遗传机制解析"旨在为我国地方猪基因资源利用和遗传改良奠定坚实的理论基础。经过公开申请、同行评议、评审论证会答辩、专家讨论投票、国家自然科学基金委委务会审批,江西农业大学黄路生教授申请的项目获资助。China is the largest swine industry country as well as the biggest pork consumption country in the world.Pork yield and quality have been being great significance to public health,living standard and food safety.China has the most rich indigenous pig resources which are crucial in pig breeding.In order to establish a sound theoretical foundation for promoting the genetic improvement and utilization of resources of Chinese domestic pig breeds,The National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC)proposed the major program entitled"Genetic Mechanisms of Myogenesis and Intramuscular Adipogenesis in Chinese Indigenous Pigs".After public application,peer review,panel meeting and NSFC committee,the application by Professor Lusheng Huang from Jiangxi Agricultural University was funded.
