氨氯地平与硝苯啶治疗高血压病的临床观察

摘　　要：本文报告８９例轻、中型高血压病患者随机服用氨氯地平或硝苯啶４周的治疗反应，显示氨氯地平的降压有效率为８６％（４３／５０），与硝苯啶的６１．５％（２４／３９）比较，虽无显著性差异，但不良反应较少，安全性好，每日只需服用１次，剂量５～１０ｍｇ，较为方便。In our hospital 89 Patients of mild and middle deqree hypertension were treated with amlodipine and nifedipine.The effective rate of patients treated with amlodipine was 86%(43/50) and there was no much diffence compared with that of the patients treated with nifedipine, the effective rate of which was 61. 5 % (24/30). But amlodipine had less side effects.The patients took the medicine 5￣10mg once a day and it was quite convenient.
