摘　　要：王国斌教授诊疗脾胃病之虚胀的特色:(1)注重脾胃的生理特性。王教授诊疗脾胃病始终注重"脾以升为和,胃以降为顺""脾喜燥恶湿,胃喜润恶燥"的生理特性,并强调顺其性则功著,逆其性则效微;(2)秉承"五脏相关论"思想。在诊疗脾胃病的过程中,王教授将脾胃与心的关系提到一定高度,并强调心属火,脾胃属土,火能生土,二者为母子之脏,相辅相成,关系紧密;(3)强调活血化瘀药乃胃肠之灵通药。王教授在临证处方用药过程中,尤其是针对迁延难愈的胃肠病,常考虑加入活血化瘀药,往往能够收到显著的效果;(4)提倡临证诊疗思路应当审证求机,善于变通。中医临证贵在机圆法活,谨慎辨证,寻求病机,切不可执于一端,拘泥固守,延误病情。Characteristics of Professor Wang Guobin’s diagnosis and treatment of asthenia and distention of spleen and stomach disease：（1）Emphasis on the physiological features of spleen and stomach： for the diagnosis and treatment of spleen and stomach diseases,Professor Wang emphasizes on the physiological features which are represented by following sentences： ＂ spleen is in harmony if the activity of Qi is rising and stomach is functioning smoothly when the activity of Qi is descending＂, ＂ spleen likes dryness and dislikes dampness,stomach likes dampness and dislikes dryness＂. Professor Wang also emphasizes that the treatment will achieve significant effect if the features of the organs are complied with and the efficacy will be slight if the treatment is opposed to the features of the organs.（2） Adherence to ＂ five-viscus correlation＂ theory： in the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases,Professor Wang gives high priority to the interrelations between spleen,stomach and heart,and emphasizes that heart matches fire and spleen and stomach match earth according to the five-element theory. Earth originates from fire and heart and spleen-stomach are compared to mother-child viscera,supplementing each other and interacting closely.（3） Emphasis on the importance of the medicine that promotes blood circulation and stasis resolving： in Professor Wang’s clinical prescriptions,especially for protracted spleen and stomach diseases,the medicine that promotes blood circulation and stasis resolving can achieve significant effects.（4） Professor Wang advocates that a doctor should examine the symptoms and analyze the pathogenesis regarding clinical diagnosis and treatment and make flexible adjustments. It’s important that a TCM doctor should have plausible theories and flexible methods and seek the pathogenesis in a cautious and dialectical approach. Rigid adherence to past experience may delay the treatment of the disease.
