摘　　要：目的:利用聚类分析和关联规则分析挖掘叶天士治疗泄泻的用药配伍规律。方法:统计《临证指南医案·泄泻》中所使用的药物,利用聚类分析和关联规则分析方法进行研究。结果:叶天士治疗泄泻的高频药物为茯苓、陈皮、人参、泽泻等,多属利水渗湿、化湿、温里、补阳、补气类药,对高频药物聚类分析后可以分为4类,主要针对泄泻湿滞化热证、湿聚气滞证、脾肾阳虚证、寒热错杂证;关联性较大的药物有厚朴—茯苓→陈皮,厚朴—泽泻→陈皮,厚朴—茯苓→泽泻,厚朴—陈皮—茯苓→泽泻,厚朴→陈皮。结论:聚类分析和关联规则分析方法对叶天士治疗泄泻用药规律的总结具有重要的临床意义,在临床实际中有一定的借鉴价值。Objective： To study the Chinese medicine compatibility rule on Ye Tianshi treatment of diarrhea by the cluster analysis and association rule method. Methods： Using the cluster analysis method and association rule research the herb rules of the Clinic Guideline of Medicine Records· diarrhea. Results： The high frequency drugs used by Ye Tianshi in the treatment of diarrhea are as follows： Fuling,Chenpi,Renshen,Zexie and so on. These Chinese medicine belong to the clearing dampness and promoting diuresis,resolving dampness,warming,tonifying Yang and tonifying Qi,and it can be divided into four categories that mainly can treat the diarrhea of dampness heat syndrome and wet accumulation and Qi stagnation syndrome,spleen and kidney deficiency of Yang syndrome,cold heat jumble syndrome. The important part of herbs-associated included Houpu-Fuling → Chenpi,Houpu-Zexie →Chenpi,Houpu-Fuling→Zexie,Houpu-Chenpi-Fuling → Zexie,Houpu → Chenpi. Conclusion： Cluster analysis and association rule analysis method have important clinical significance in the summary of Ye’s medication rules of treatment of diarrhea,which have certain reference value in clinical practice.
