摘　　要：巴豆攻坚散结、泻下通腑,因其作用峻猛,故现今医者少用,患者畏惧,但巴豆有其独特作用,每能起沉疴痼疾。巴豆在《伤寒杂病论》中多用于救急,共出现5次,见于4首方剂,分别为三物白散(《金匮要略》为桔梗白散)、走马汤、九痛丸与三物备急丸,所治疾病分别为寒实结胸、肺痈、中恶、九种心痛、心腹诸卒暴百病等。巴豆炮制之后既可减少巴豆中植物蛋白的毒性作用,又可避免有效成分巴豆霜的流失,故临床应在掌握其适应证、适应剂量与急救方法的情况下,大胆使用,但应注意巴豆主要针对体质壮实者,需中病即止,勿过量使用。Croton Tiglium function to break down lumps,to dredging Fu organs being purgative with obvious effect,and it is seldom used by the doctors because people are afraid of its fierce strength. However,Croton Tiglium has a unique role in curing long term illness. Croton Tiglium,in Shang Hai Lun,is discussed in emergency treatment for a total of 5 times and it was found in 4 prescriptions,respectively. They are called Sanwubai Powder(＂ Jiegengbai Powder＂ in Jin Gui Yao Lue）,Zou Ma soup,Jiu Tong Pill and San Wu Bei Ji Pill. It can cure the diseases like Han Shi Jie Xiong,Fei Yong,Zhong Wu,nine kinds of Heartache,and other sudden illness of Heart and Abdomen. Proper processing can reduce the toxic effects of vegetable protein in Croton Tiglium as well as avoiding the loss of active ingredients called Croton Cream. Therefore,in clinics its indications,proper dose and application methods in emergency should be mastered and use it as it should be. It can be used to those who are physically strong in constitution and it needs to stop the using when the disease is mainly cured. It should not be used excessively.
