新媒体背景下高校教职工文化社团建设研究

摘　　要：高校的教职工社团是在学校党委领导下、经校工会批准成立的校内群众团体。教职工文化社团的建设是高校校园文化建设的重要部分,也是繁荣校园文化的客观要求。随着移动互联时代的到来,移动互联新技术的广泛应用也为高水平社团活动的开展提供了平台。因此,将新媒体工具与教职工社团建设相结合,建立社团规范创新发展的长效机制,是未来教职工社团发展重要趋势。The Teacher Communities in colleges and universities are the mass organizations within the school, which are ap- proved by the school union under the leadership of the school party committee. The construction of Teacher Communities is an important part of the construction of campus culture, but also the objective requirements of the prosperity of campus culture. With the advent of the mobile Internet era, the extensive use of mobile Interact technology for high-level community activities provides a platform for the development. Therefore, the combination of new media tools and Teacher Communities, the estab- lishment of community norms and innovation and development of long-term mechanism is the future development of Teacher Communities an important trend.
