聚丙烯/超细羽绒粉体复合纤维的制备与性能研究

摘  要:研究了不同配比的聚丙烯/聚氨酯复合纤维的可纺性以及聚丙烯/聚氨酯/超细羽绒粉体复合纤维的可纺性、染色性和回潮性能。结果表明,当聚氨酯含量≥35%时,聚丙烯/聚氨酯复合纤维的可纺性会急剧下降,且随着聚氨酯含量的增加.复合纤维的失重率逐渐增大,颜色从透明逐渐向白色转变。当超细羽绒粉体含量增加至22.5%时,聚丙烯/聚氨酯/超细羽绒粉体复合纤维的纺丝成形性急剧下降,同时出现了断丝现象;未添加超细羽绒粉体的复合纤维仍然保持透明且基本不回潮.而加入7.5%~22%超细羽绒粉体后的复合纤维都达到了染色效果,且随着超细羽绒粉体含量的增加.聚丙烯/聚氨酯/超细羽绒粉体复合纤维的色深值和回潮率逐渐增加。Spinnability of polypropylene/polyurethane composite fiber and the spinnability, dyeability and moisture regain performance of PP/PU/uhrafine down powder composite fiber with different proportions are studied. The resuhs show that when the content of polyurethane is higher than 35%, polypropylene/polyurethane composite fiber spinning will be a sharp decline, and with the increasing content of polyurethane, weight loss rate of composite fiber increases gradually, while the color changes from transparent to white ; when the superfine down powder content increases to 22.5%, fiber forming of the PP/PU/superfine spinning down powder composite drastically reduces, meanwhile the phenomenon of broken wire appears; composite fiber without adding superfine down powder remains transparent and no resurgence, while adding 7.5%-22% superfine down powder in the composite fiber reaches the dyeing effect, and with the increase of the content of superfine down powder, the color depth and moisture regain of PP/PU/uhrafine down powder composite fiber gradually increase.
