摘  要:为改善菠萝叶纤维产品的外观和功能,设计了一种菠萝叶纤维袜。菠萝叶纤维袜的袜跟、袜底、袜头及其连接部分袜面采用菠萝叶纤维/棉混纺纱织成平针组织,袜口采用棉纱和橡筋包覆纱织成平针双层结构,其他部位采用棉纱织成平针组织,氨纶包覆纱作为拉架,跟尖采用锦纶加固。对所设计的菠萝叶纤维袜的服用性能进行测试分析,结果表明,菠萝叶纤维袜细腻美观,顶破强力略小于棉袜,透气性和透湿性与棉袜相当,伸缩性、耐磨性和吸湿速十胜优于棉袜。A new pineapple leaf fiber sock is designed in order to improve its appearance and functions. The heel, bottom, toes and front instep of socks are weaved into plain weave with pineapple leaf fiber/cotton blended yarn. The top of socks are weaved into double Layer plain weave with cotton and rubber covered yarn. The other parts of socks are weaved into plain weave with cotton yarn. Covered spandex yarn is used as the skeleton. The heel and toes of socks are reinforced with nylon. At the same time, the wearing properties of pineapple leaf fiber socks are analyzed. The results show that the appearance of the new pineapple leaf fiber socks is fine and beautiful. Compared with the pure cotton socks, the bursting strength of pineapple leaf fiber socks are slightly smaller. The gas permeability and moisture permeability are the same as pure cotton socks. The abrasion resistance, moisture absorption and fast dry performance of pineapple leaf fiber socks are better than those of pure cotton socks.
