摘　　要：文化在强化人们的情感认同,推动人们养成良好的行为习惯,自觉地执行制度,促进人的个性解放和构建良好社会秩序等方面起着非常重要的作用。文化本身所具备的公共性特征,使得文化成为了解决人的个性与社会秩序之间关系问题的一把钥匙。通过文化解决社会秩序与人的个性的关系问题,不仅体现在公共性的文化对社会秩序的整合作用,还表现在文化对人们个性的塑造。我们要通过传统文化向现代文化的创造性转换,解决社会秩序与人的个性之间的共存和谐问题。Culture in strengthening people＇s emotional identity,and promote people to develop good habits,consciously perform system,promote personality liberation and build a good social order plays a very important role. The common characteristics of culture itself make culture a key to solve the relationship between personality and social order. The relationship between social order and personality through culture is not only reflected in the integration of the public culture to the social order,but also the shaping of people＇s individuality in culture. We need to solve the problem of coexistence and harmony between social order and personality through the creative transformation of traditional culture to modern culture.
