综合护理干预对自残性断指再植患者情绪及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预措施对自残性断指再植患者术后焦虑抑郁及生活质量的影响。方法选择2015年1月—2017年12月该院60例自残性手指离断伤患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,观察组接受综合护理干预,对照组接受常规护理,6周后采用汉密尔顿焦虑抑郁量表测定二组患者焦虑及抑郁水平,采用健康调查简表(SF-36量表)测定二组患者的生活质量。结果干预后观察组焦虑、抑郁水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后观察组生活质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预措施可有效缓解断指再植术后患者的焦虑抑郁水平,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the degree of anxiety depression and the quality of life in the patients that underwent replantation of severed finger due to self-mutilation.Methods From January 2015 to December 2017,60 patients with severed fingers due to self-mutilation in author＇s hospital were randomly assigned to test group and control group,and patients in control group received normal nursing for 6 weeks,while test group received comprehensive nursing intervention for 6 weeks.Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale were used by the end of the 6 weeks to test the degree of anxiety and depression of the participating patients.The MOS item short from health survey,SF-36 was used by the end of the 6 weeks to test the quality of life.Results After intervention,the degree of anxiety and depression of patients in test group were significantly lower than that in control group,and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.And the quality of life in test group was lower than that in control group,and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion In terms of effect,comprehensive nursing intervention is better than normal nursing,and it can effectively lowered the degree of anxiety,depression and improve the quality of life in patients with severed fingers due to self-mutilation.
