摘　　要：目的:对WADiana Erytra~全自动血型/配血系统在输血相容性检测中的应用进行评价。方法:分别采用WADiana Erytra~全自动血型/配血系统和手工试管法对55 170例枸橼酸钠抗凝血样本进行血型鉴定试验,不规则抗体筛查试验分别采用仪器法和手工抗球蛋白法,对14 512例枸橼酸钠抗凝血样本分别采用仪器法和聚凝胺法进行交叉配血试验。结果:在血型鉴定中,仪器法和试管法共检出A型17 593例、B型15 022例、O型16 655例、AB型5 900例,一次性判断准确率分别为99.33%、100.00%;共检出Rh(D)阴性273例,阴性率为0.49%,一次性判断准确率分别为99.69%、100.00%,2种方法准确率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在不规则抗体筛查中,仪器法发现阳性结果372例,用抗球蛋白法复查,168份样本2种方法均为阳性,23例仪器法阳性球蛋白法为阴性。在交叉配血试验中,仪器法的阳性率、假阳性率均高于聚凝胺法。结论:全自动血型配血系统用于血型和不规则抗体筛查检测安全、快速、可靠、灵敏度高,微柱凝胶法进行交叉配血较敏感,但假凝集及不规则抗体的存在会导致配血困难。Objective：To evaluate the application of WADiana Erytra automatic blood type and blood crossmatching system on blood compatibility test.Method：55 170 cases of sodium citrate anticoagulant specimens for blood grouping test were both detected by WADiana Erytra automatic blood type and blood crossmatching system and manual tube method.The irregular antibody screening test was performed by the instrumental method and the manual antiglobulin method,respectively.14 512 cases of sodium citrate anticoagulant specimens for cross matching were performed by the instrument and the coagulation method.Result：In blood typing,17 593 cases of type A,type B 15 022 cases,type O 16 655 cases,AB 5 900 cases were detected by instrument method and tube method,the accuracy rate was 99.33%and 100%,respectively.A total of 273 cases of negative Rh（D）were detected,the negative rate was about 0.49%,and the accuracy rate of the single diagnosis was 99.68% and 100%,respectively.There was no significant difference in accuracy between the two methods（P〈0.05）.In the irregular antibody screening,372 positive results were found by the instrumental method,and the results were positive with the anti-globulin method.All of the 168 samples were positive in all of the 2 methods,and the positive globulin method was negative in 23 cases.In the cross matching test,the positive rate and false positive rate were higher than that of the coagulation method.Conclusion：Automatic blood matching system for blood type and irregular antibody screening test is safe,fast and reliable,high sensitivity,micro column gel method for blood cross matching is sensitive,but false agglutination and irregular antibody will lead to difficulties with blood.
