摘　　要：HELLP综合征（hemolysis,elevated serum level of liver enzymes,and low platelets syndrome,HELLP）是1982年由Weinstein首先报道及命名的,除高血压及蛋白尿外,主要表现为微血管性溶血性贫血伴中度到重度血小板减少。The HELLP syndrome（hemolysis,elevated serum lever of liver enzymes and low platelets syndrome,HELLP syndrome）is a serious variant of preeclampsia.Spontaneous rupture of a subcapsular liver haematoma in pregnancy is a rare incident occurring in the cases with HELLP syndrome,though rare,is a potentially fatal incident.To achieve safety and effectiveness of clinical blood transfusion,blood transfusion department staff should improve monitoring before blood transfusion in advance and establish good communication with anaesthetist and obstetrician.We successfully salvaged a pregnant women with HELLP syndrome companied spontaneous hepatic and splenic rupture through many departments cooperation.
