摘　　要：随着客户对城轨车辆内饰外观要求的提高,常规的内饰组装工艺方法存在无法达到设计要求、作业效率低、安装质量差等问题,文章以上海轨道交通1号线增购车辆为例,对上述问题提出相应的优化措施,以此提高内饰组装工作效率,提升内饰安装质量。With the clients＇ requirements for internal decoration and exterior appearances of the mass transit vehicle being improved, some traditional decoration assembly process methods have the problems which are the failure of meeting designing requirements, low operating efficiency and poor installation quality, etc. Taking into account the manufacturing process of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 1 expansion vehicle, the paper proposes corresponding optimization measures for the issues shown above, improving the decoration assembly productivity and its installation quality.
