摘 要:随着二极管泵浦固体激光器的应用越来越广泛,对激光器的输出光场指标的要求越来越高。本文通过对多边形二极管侧面泵浦固体激光器的研究,深入分析其输出光斑参数的影响要素,详细论证其关键参量与光场均匀性指标的关系,得到了在给定泵浦条件下,芯片间距(L_1)、芯片发光面与晶体表面间距(L_2)两个参量和光场均匀性、吸收率之间的对应关系,给出了优化设计方案。结果表明,在五边形侧面泵浦固态激光器中,在其他参数给定的情况下,芯片间距L_1的取值区间为0.4mm^0.8mm,芯片发光面与晶体表面间距L_2的取值区间为1.8mm^2.4mm。在该范围内,光场分布标准偏差、吸收率设计指标比较理想。最后,通过搭建固体激光器测试平台,得到了试验效果,验证了理论分析的正确性,本研究为任意边型侧泵激光器的设计与制作提供参考。With the increasing application of diode pumped solid-state lasers,the demand for the output optical field is becoming higher and higher.The absorbed distribution model of laser crystal of the laser diode array(LDA)multiple-side pumped solid laser structure is established,and the normalization distribution morphology of absorption field is calculated by finite element method.Two critical parameters are presented,including LDA vertical pitch(L1)and radial distance from emission face to the surface of Nd:YAG rod(L2).The simulation results show that the parameters of relative absorption percentage and pumping uniformity in the crystal cross-section are sensitive to the changes of L1 and L2.In the Pentagon side pumped solid-state laser,when the other parameters are given,L1 is within 0.4 mm-0.8 mm,and L2 is within 1.8 mm-2.4 mm.In this range,relative absorption percentage and pumping uniformity in the crystal cross-section are sensitive are relatively ideal.Finally,by building a solid-laser test platform,we get the experimental results and verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
