摘 要:鉴于低维纳米材料的大比表面积可以极大的提高材料与气体分子的接触面积,增强氢敏材料的灵敏度,本文提出了一种基于离心沉积金钯(Au-Pd)核壳纳米粒膜的反射式光纤氢气传感器。实验中采用种子溶液生长法合成尺寸约40nm的立方金核,后在金核溶液中加入Pd的生长液,进而得到粒径约62nm的Au-Pd核壳纳米颗粒。在4 000rpm,8 min条件下,将4 mL纳米颗粒溶液水平离心沉积在10mm×10mm的石英玻璃基片上得到氢敏纳米膜。表征分析结果显示,该方法制备的Au-Pd核壳纳米粒子粒径均一、结晶良好,离心沉积薄膜厚度均匀为200nm。在不同浓度氢气环境下,通过搭建的带有双光路补偿的反射式光纤束传感器对纳米粒薄膜的氢敏特性进行了测试。结果表明,该传感器对浓度在0.1%~4%的氢气具有较高的响应速度,在多次通/放氢循环中表现出良好的稳定性和可重复性;随着氢气浓度的降低,传感器的灵敏度呈非线性增大,有利于对低浓度氢气的检测。Low-dimensional nanomaterials are able to improve the contact area between the materials and the gas molecules because of the large specific surface area,which is promising to enhance the sensitivity of hydrogen sensors.In this study,a reflective optical fiber sensor based on centrifugal deposited Au-Pd core-shell nanoparticles has been designed and fabricated.Through a seed solution growth method,the cube gold core with 40 nm size was synthesized in aqueous solution.Then,200μL Pd growth solution was added in Au core solution and reduced as 10 nm thick Pd shell to obtain Au-Pd core-shell nanoparticles with the size of about 62 nm.After a centrifugal deposition process at 4 000 rpm for 8 min,4 mL nanoparticle solution was deposited on a 10 mm×10 mm quartz glass substrate to prepare hydrogen sensitive nanoparticle films with a thickness of 200 nm.A reflective optical fiber bundle sensor with doublelight-route compensation has been built to characterize the sensitivity of the film for various hydrogen concentrations.The experimental results show that the sensor has a high sensitivity to hydrogen in the concentration range of 0.1%~4%.After a curing process in the first few cycles,the sensor exhibits a good stability and repeatability in the multiple pass/vent cycles.With the decrease of hydrogen concentration,the sensitivity of the sensor increases nonlinearly,which has a great advantage in the low concentration hydrogen detection.
