摘  要:为了准确、高效地提取宽带激光熔覆熔池边缘,排除宽带激光熔覆过程中存在的强烈弧光、金属液滴、粉末飞溅等因素的干扰,通过CCD工业相机和复合滤光镜片组成的熔池监测系统实时采集宽带激光熔覆熔池图像。对获取的熔池图像进行预处理,选定阈值拟合二次曲线作为初始轮廓线,假设目标区域与背景区域具有最大的平均灰度差异,利用熔池本身几何结构信息与图像局部统计信息相互约束驱动轮廓曲线演化,准确地提取了宽带激光熔覆熔池边缘。与灰度阈值、数字形态学、C-V主动轮廓模型等传统方法相比,该方法有效地提高了熔池边缘提取的精度以及抗干扰性能。In order to extract weld pool edge in wide-band laser cladding accurately and efficiently,and eliminate the interference such as strong arc,molten metal droplets and powder spatter,a monitoring system composed of a charge-coupled device(CCD)camera and a composite filter is used to gather the molten pool images directly during the laser cladding.The obtained molten pool image is preprocessed,and the appropriate threshold is selected to fit a quadratic curve as the initial contour.Assuming that the target region and the background region have the maximum average grayscale difference,the geometric structure information of the molten pool and the local statistical information of the image are used to drive the contour evolution,ultimately,the pool edge in wide-bond laser cladding is extracted accurately.Compared with the traditional methods,such as gray threshold,digital morphology and Chan-Vese(CV)active contour model,the experimental results show that the precision and anti-interference performance of the proposed method are improved.
