摘 要:氧化物冶金技术解决了大线能量焊接粗大的HAZ组织缺陷问题,成为研究的重点。介绍了氧化物冶金技术的产生、发展、研究重点、存在问题以及国内外钙基氧化物冶金技术研究进展,借助氧化物冶金思想,提出了钙基氧化物冶金生产技术,在钢水冶炼过程中,控制钢水中氧含量,添加钙基氧化物冶金剂,控制轧制和控制冷却,在线生成针状铁素体组织,生产出高性能钢材。同时分析了钙基氧化物冶金生产技术与氧化物冶金的区别,进行了钙基氧化物冶金生产技术在普通建筑钢材和船板钢的应用研究,希望将此技术在所有钢材生产中研发推广。The importance of the oxide metallurgy(OM)technology was recognized.Better products without the defects of coarse-grained HAZ microstructure were produced.The production development,research focus,problems remaining and the research progress of calcium-based OM at home and abroad were introduced.The production technology of calcium-based OM was developed.By this technology,high-performance steel with acicular ferrite online formed was produced via controlling the oxygen contents in the molten steel,adding calcium-based oxide metallurgical agent,controlled rolling and controlled cooling.And then,the differences between calciumbased OM and OM were analyzed.And the applications of calcium-based OM production technology in ordinary construction steel and ship steel were discussed.It is hoped that this technology can be developed and popularized in more steel productions.
