摘  要:本文通过分析PP+无卤阻燃剂+玻璃纤维+相溶剂的配方体系,测试该体系耐电解液性能的保持率及相对溶胀率。选用结晶度高的均聚PP,要好于结晶度低的共聚PP;百分之三十的玻璃纤维添加量,耐电解液性能是最好的;经过1000小时的电解液处理,材料的阻燃性能没有明显的变化。This paper analyzes the formula of the PP + halogen-free flame retardant + glass fiber + phase solvent, and tests the retention rate and relative swelling ratio of the electrolyte resistance of the system. The use of homopolymer PP with high crystallinity is better than that of copolymer PP with low crystallinity; the amount of glass fiber added is 30 percent, and the electrolyte resistance is the best; after 1000 hours of electrolyte treatment, the material is flame-retardant. No significant change in performance.
