衰老动物模型的研究进展及其在骨代谢疾病中的应用

摘　　要：随着人口老龄化,人们对于衰老及衰老相关疾病越来越重视,对于延缓衰老、减少衰老疾病的研究越来越多,这些研究就需要用到衰老动物模型。本文通过对啮齿类、小型鱼类、灵长类等衰老动物模型的原理、建模方法、评价指标及优缺点进行综述,特别是衰老动物模型在骨代谢疾病中的应用,为研究骨代谢相关疾病的衰老动物模型的选择提供参考。With population aging, people pay more and more attention to aging and diseases related to aging, and more and more studies are being done on delaying senescence and reducing senescence diseases. In this paper, the aging of rodents, small fish and primate Animal model, modeling method, evaluation index and its advantages and disadvantages are summarized, especially the application of aging animal model in bone metabolism disease, which provides a reference for the research on aging animal model of bone metabolism related diseases.
