摘 要:对长输管道腐蚀的原理进行了论述,并专门就长输管道经常遭遇的电化学腐蚀作为探讨对象,探讨其腐蚀分类、腐蚀原因及解决办法。电化学腐蚀对管道的影响成因可以分为原电池腐蚀和电解腐蚀,电解腐蚀又分为直流电腐蚀和交流电腐蚀且直流电腐蚀更为严重及常见;带交流电系统所在区域与管道距离L>1 km时则不需要考虑防护措施;新建管道与交流电系统平行敷设时,需保持50米以上安全距离。若为220 kv对称输电线,则需保持75米以上安全距离;原电池腐蚀保护措施采取辅助阳极方法;直流电依据电位梯度值判定强、中、弱三个等级;管道对于直流电防护措施有直接排流、极性排流、强制排流、接地排流。This paper discusses the principle of long distance pipeline corrosion and mainly discusses classes, cause and solution. Electrochemical corrosion Can be divided into Galvanic corrosion and electrolytic corrosion. Electrolytic corrosion can be divided into Direct current corrosion and Alternating current corrosion. Direct current corrosion is more serious and common. There is no need to consider the protective measures when the area of the Alternating current system and the pipe distance L1 km. When the new pipeline is parallel to the Alternating current system, it shall maintain a safe distance of 50 meters or more.For a 220 kv transmission line, you need to maintain a safe distance of more than 75 meters; the original battery corrosion protection measures adopt the auxiliary anode method; the direct current is determined by the potential gradient value, which is strong, middle and weak; direct current protection measures include direct drainage,polarity drainage, forced drainage, grounding drainage.
