摘 要:目的:探讨板蓝根含片联合头孢他啶对铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas.aeruginosa Pa).在体外的抑菌效果和对体外生物膜(biofilm BF)的影响。方法:选取铜绿假单胞菌ATCC27853,二倍稀释法测定板蓝根含片和头孢他啶单独对P.a最低抑菌浓度(MIC),棋盘法测定板蓝根含片和头孢他啶联合对P.a最低抑菌浓度(MIC),并计算最低抑菌浓度指数(FIC),分析两种药物联合对P.a的作用;银染法观察分析单独用药与联合用药分别对建立3天和7天的P.a体外BF的影响。结果:板蓝根含片对P.a的MIC 150 mg/m L;头孢他啶对P.a的MIC 7.81μg/m L;联合用药时板蓝根含片MIC 18.75 mg/m L,头孢他啶MIC 1.95μg/m L,两药联合抑制P.a的抑菌浓度指数FIC为0.375,两药联合对P.a具有协同抑菌作用;联合用药抑制生物膜效果比单独用药好,且对建立3天的BF作用强于建立7天的BF。结论:与单独用药相比,板蓝根含片和头孢他啶联合用药增强了抑菌效果,且两药联合具有协同抑菌作用;单独用药与联合用药对建立3天的BF作用均强于建立7天的BF。Objective: To investigate the effects of Banlangen buccal tablets combined with Ceftazidime on Pseudomonas aeruginosa's antimicrobial result and Biofilm in vitro. Methods: Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC27853 was selected to determine the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) to Pseudomonas aeruginosa when using Banlangen buccal tablets and Ceftazidime apart by double dilution method. Using Punnett square to determine the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) to Pseudomonas aeruginosa when using Banlangen buccal tablets and Ceftazidime together and count the fractional inhibitory concentration index(FIC). Analyse the effects of two drugs on Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC27853. Using W-S silver staining to observe and analyse the effect of the two drugs on the Biofilm of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in vitro. The experimental results are collected by using Banlangen buccal tablets and Ceftazidime solely in the third day and the same in the seventh day. Then the results are collected by using Banlangen buccal tablets and Ceftazidime together in the third day and the same in the seventh day. Results: The minimum inhibitory concentration of Banlangen buccal tablets to Pseudomonas aeruginosa is 150 mg/m L, the minimum inhibitory concentration of Ceftazidime to Pseudomonas aeruginosa is 7.81 μg/m L. The fractional inhibitory concentration index(FIC) is 0.375 when using the two drugs together. The minimum inhibitory concentration of Banlangen buccal tablets and Ceftazidime to Pudomonas aeruginosa is 18.75 mg/m L and 1.95μg/m L. The combination of two drugs has antimicrobial synergy and the antimicrobial effect on Biofilm is stronger than using solely. Furthermore, the effect of using the two drugs together in the seventh day is stronger than that of 3 days. Conclusion: the combination of them has antimicrobial synergy and enhances the antimicrobial effect.What is more, the antimicrobial effect of using the two drugs on the third day is stronger than that using in the seventh day no matter using solely or
