摘  要:氨氮项目的分析经常用到纳氏试剂光度法,该方法分析过程中涉及到最主要的试剂是纳氏试剂,该试剂是影响方法测定准确度的主要因素之一。纳氏试剂是用剧毒物质配制,而且配制过程较为复杂,所以市面上也出现了一些品牌的纳氏试剂供购买使用,大量的实验数据表明市售纳氏试剂与自配纳氏试剂各有特点。Nessler's reagent Spectrophotometry is often used in the analysis of ammonia projects. The most important reagent in the analysis is nessler's reagent, which is one of the main factors that affect the accuracy of the method. Nessler's reagent is prepared with highly toxic substances, and the preparation process is complex, so some nessler's reagents are available on the market for purchase and use, A large number of experimental results show that the marketed nessler's reagent and the self-made nessler's reagent have their own characteristics.
