摘  要:在回收处理硝酸体系含铜废液的过程中,通过控制中和条件,除杂预处理后得到硝酸铜精制液,再采用蒸发降温结晶直接制备硝酸铜,同时实现了铜及硝酸根的资源化,解决了传统工艺大量硝酸根废水难以处理排放等环境问题。In the process of recovering the waste liquid containing copper of the nitric acid system, the copper nitrate solution is prepared by controlling the neutralization conditions, After the pretreatment, the refined copper nitrate solution was obtained, directly preparing the copper nitrate by evaporating and cooling crystallization, and simultaneously realizing the copper and nitrate can be recycled, to solve the traditional neutralization process there are a large number of nitrate wastewater is difficult to handle emissions and other environmental issues.
