摘　　要：专利审查中,审查员是在已经了解了发明内容的前提下进行审查,容易对发明的创造性估计偏低。本文结合具体案例,浅析了审查员如何从现有技术出发评价发明的创造性,以期能为创造性审查提供些许参考。During the patent examination, the examiner is apt to underestimate the inventive step of the invention since he has already known the contents of the invention. Combines with specific case, how to assess the inventive step compared with the prior art were described in this article, looking forward to providing some reference for patent examination.
