摘  要:氨基甲酸乙酯是酒产品中普遍存在的2A类致癌物质,国外对于EC的控制研究起步较早,而国内的研究起步较晚,近年来国内对于酒产品中EC的控制的相关专利越来越多,本文从EC的研究现状、专利申请情况、专利控制方法等方面详细介绍了EC控制专利技术发展路线。Ethyl carbamate(EC) is a kind of 2 A carcinogen, and Spirit drinks are the main source of dietary intake of EC. Researches on EC were studied earlier in the abroad, and domestic researches were rather backward. Recently, domestic patents on EC control are increasing. The paper analyzes the research present situation, the patent application, the patent technology and the important applicant on EC, in order to summarize the development of the patent technology on EC control.
