摘 要:目的通过开展登革病毒检测能力验证,不断提高实验室登革病毒的检测水平。方法登革病毒1-4型毒株经严格灭活,经过特异性、敏感性、均匀性、稳定性测试,随机组合成每组5份样品发放。参加能力验证的实验室自行决定采用的核酸提取方法和检测方法,对样品进行定性或/和分型检测。对登革病毒检测结果进行分析。结果 2014和2016年,全国共有126家实验室参加登革病毒检测能力验证,初测满意率为98.4%,2家实验室的结果判定为"定性检测不满意",占全部参加实验室的1.6%,补测后满意率为100.0%。结论我国大部分实验室具备较好的登革病毒实时荧光定量PCR检测能力和质量控制及管理水平,可以很好地为有关部门提供技术支持。Objective To improve the laboratory testing capacity on Dengue virus detection through verifying its capacity in relevant laboratory tests. Methods Dengue virus strains(type 1-4) were inactivated strictly and through the testing of specificity,sensitivity,homogenicity and stability. The inactivited viruses were randomly combined to 5 samples per group,and the methods of nucleic acid extraction and detection were not restricted. Results A total of 126 laboratories nationwide took part in the testing capability of Dengue virus,the satisfaction rate of initial test was98.4% in 2014 and 2016,and there were 2 laboratories(1.6%) were determined to be unsatisfactory for qualitative testing. The overall satisfaction rate was 100.0% after additional test. Conclusion It is showed that most of the attended laboratories possessed the abilities of Dengue virus detection and were in good management,which could provide technical support for the relevant departments.
