摘　　要：为满足新形势的需求,珠海出入境检验检疫局通过推进旅检通道前后台分离查验实施卫生检疫查验模式改革,首创"人-机-犬-仪""四位一体"携带物查验模式,推进通关一体化和检验检疫一体化改革,配合推进电子口岸建设和"一站式"系统升级改造等查验机制创新措施,实现口岸检疫查验通关效率有效提高、传染病检出率大幅提升、执法公信力不断增强。总结查验机制创新的成功经验,形成可复制、可推广的做法,为国内同类型的陆路口岸提供借鉴。In order to meet the needs of the new situation,Zhuhai Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau keeps pace with the times and keeps innovating. Through taking the front and back inspection mode,the health quarantine inspection mode reform,the ＂man-machine-dogs-instrument＂ mode,the ＂four-in-one＂ inspection mode,the integration of customs clearance and inspection and quarantine reform,the ＂one-shop＂ electronic port construction.Zhuhai Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau made customs clearance more efficiency and effectively,improved the detection rate of infectious diseases,and enhanced the law enforcement credibility. This paper summarized the successful experience of the innovation of the inspection mechanism,and formed a feasible and reproducible method to provide reference for the same type of ports.
