摘　　要：为解决企业间制造过程中涉及知识理解、知识共享和重用困难,而导致产品生产周期长、效率低等问题,提出一种基于本体的协同制造知识建模方法。通过对协同制造特点的分析,建立了分布式协同制造工作流程模型。以航空产品协同制造为研究背景,结合领域本体构建方法,构建了分布式协同制造知识本体框架,并对协同制造知识进行分类与概念抽取、属性定义及OWL描述。最后通过实例验证知识建模方法的可行性与有效性。In order to solve the problems of knowledge understanding,knowledge sharing and reuse in inter enterprise manufacturing process,which leads to long product cycle and low efficiency,a collaborative manufacturing knowledge modeling method based on ontology is proposed. Based on the analysis of the features of collaborative manufacturing,a workflow model of distributed collaborative manufacturing is established. The paper constructs the framework of distributed collaborative manufacturing knowledge by using domain ontology construction and regarding collaborative manufacturing of machine products as the research background. The paper also introduces classification and concept extraction of collaborative manufacturing knowledge,attribute definition and OWL description. Finally,examples are given to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed knowledge modeling method.
