摘 要:提出一种新型可翻转工作台机构。这种机构在液压系统驱动下,将物件由卧式转换成立式或者将立式转换成卧式,可用于重型数控机床和大型机械设备。通过并联液压缸降低系统压力,并计算翻转过程中3个关键位置确定最终压力;还解决了翻转过程中工作台轴向窜动和翻转到位定位夹紧的关键技术。最终实现了装卸和加工便捷化,提高了工作效率和安全性能。A new kind of turnover table mechanism structure is proposed and designed in this thesis. The new structure is driven by the hydraulic system,which could change the workpiece from horizontal position into vertical or the opposite. This kind of structure could be used in the heavy machine tools and other large mechanical equipments. The parallel hydraulic cylinders are used to reduce the system force,and the final force is determined and calculated by the 3 positions during the rotating. With this new structure,the key technology of axial endplay of table together with the positioning and clamping of the ultimate rotating position are also solved. Finally,the loading and unloading process is convenient,and the work efficiency and safety performance are improved.
