摘　　要：目的:探讨缺铁性贫血(iron-deficiency anem,IDA)患者的中医证型与红细胞参数的相关性。方法:选择2010年4月至2011年4月在本院门诊就诊的86例IDA患者为研究对象,其中脾胃虚弱证31例,心脾两虚证17例,脾肾阳虚证33例,气血衰竭证5例。采用希森美康公司XE-2100型号全自动血细胞分析仪检测红细胞参数:血红蛋白浓度(hemoglobin,HGB)、血细胞比容(hematocrit,HCT)、红细胞平均体积(mean corpuscular volume,MCV)、血红蛋白含量(hemoglobin content,MCH)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration,MCHC)、红细胞分布浓度变异系数(coefficient of variation of red blood cell concentration,RDW-CV),分析中医证型与红细胞参数的相关性。结果:与气血枯竭证比较,其他各证型HGB、HCT、MCV、MCH、MCHC水平较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与脾胃虚弱证比较,其他各证型RDW-CV水平降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:IDA患者红细胞的检测参数与患者中医临床证型存在相关性,可作为辩证施治的参考依据。Objective： To explore the Correlation Between erythrocyte parameters and TCM syndromes in patients with iron deficiency anemia(IDA）. Methods： Eighty-six patients with IDA who were treated in our hospital between April 2010 and April 2011 were chosen as the research subjects,and among of them 31 cases with spleen-stomach deficiency syndrome,17 cases with heartspleen deficiency syndrome,33 cases with spleen-kidney yang deficiency syndrome,and 5 cases with qi-blood failure syndrome.Then the erythrocyte parameters were detected by The Sysmex company＇ s XE-2100 automatic blood cell analyzer： hemoglobin(HGB）,hematocrit(HCT）,mean corpuscular volume(MCV）,hemoglobin content(MCH）,mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration(MCHC）,coefficient of variation of red blood cell concentration(RDW-CV） to analyze the correlation between TCM syndrome type and erythrocyte parameters. Results： Compared with the syndrome of qi and blood failure,the HGB,HCT,MCV,MCH and MCHC levels of other syndromes were higher,and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0. 05）.Compared with the spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome,the RDW-CV level of all other syndromes decreased,and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The detection parameters of erythrocytes in patients with IDA are correlated with clinical syndromes of patients,which can be used as a reference for dialectical treatment.
