六清推拿法结合酸性氧化电位水治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎40例

摘　　要：目的:观察六清推拿法结合酸性氧化电位水治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效。方法:将82例患儿随机分为治疗组40例和对照组42例。治疗组采用六清推拿法结合酸性氧化电位水治疗,对照组采用常规推拿法结合生理盐水清洁口腔治疗。观察两组患儿的临床疗效,比较两组患儿退热天数、咽痛恢复时间以及溃疡治愈天数,检测两组患儿治疗前后C反应蛋白(C reactive protein,CRP)水平。结果:治疗组有效率为95.2%,对照组有效率为92.5%,两组患儿临床疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组退热天数、咽痛恢复时间以及溃疡治愈天数短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗后CRP水平低于治疗前,且治疗组在降低CRP方面好于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:六清推拿法结合酸性氧化电位水在治疗疱疹性咽峡炎疗效确切,可缩短该病治疗时间,改善临床症状。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of six-clearing massage method in combination with electrolyzed oxidizing water on children with herpangina. Methods： Eighty-two children were randomly divided into the treatment group with 40 cases and the control group with 42 cases. The ones in the treatment group were treated with six-clearing massage method combined with electrolyzed oxidizing water,while the ones in the control group were treated with conventional massage combined with normal saline for oral cavity treatment. The clinical efficacies of the two groups were observed. The number of days of fever,the recovery time of sore throat and the healing days of the ulcer were compared between the two groups. The levels of C reactive protein(CRP） were measured before and after the treatment in the two groups. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 95. 2%,and that of the control group was 92. 5%. There was no significant difference in the clinical efficacy between the two groups(P〉0. 05）. The number of days of fever,sore throat recovery and ulcer healing days in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0. 05）. The CRP levels of the two groups after the treatment were lower than those before the treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group in reducing CR,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Six-clearing massage method in combination with electrolyzed oxidizing water has a remarkable clinical curative effect on children with herpangina,can shorten the treatment time and improve the clinical symptoms.
