通痹舒筋丸治疗强直性脊柱炎寒湿痹阻证机制分析

摘　　要：通痹舒筋丸治疗寒湿痹阻型强直性脊柱炎以祛风湿、止痹痛、舒筋络、活气血、补肝肾、强筋骨为主要功效,扶正祛邪,标本兼顾。现代药理学研究表明,通痹舒筋丸具有抗炎、镇痛、抑菌、调节免疫、保肝等作用,与强直性脊柱炎发病机制相契合。通过临床试验研究证实,通痹舒筋丸治疗寒湿痹阻型强直性脊柱炎,可明显缓解患者临床症状,改善生存质量,且无明显毒副作用。The etiology and pathogenesis of ankylosing spondylitis is deficient liver and kidney,insufficient yang qi plus windcold-damp blocking meridians. In terms of ankylosing spondylitis with cold-damp arthralgia,Arthralgia-Dredging and Tendon-Relaxing Pill mainly removes wind-dampness,stops pain,relaxes tendons,activates blood-qi circulation,nourish liver and kidney,strengthen muscles and bones. The research of modern pharmacology shows that Arthralgia-Dredging and Tendon-Relaxing Pill has the effect of anti-inflammatory,analgesic,bacteriostasis,regulating immunity,protecting liver and so on. It is compatible with the pathogenesis of ankylosing spondylitis. Through the clinical experiment,it is proved that Arthralgia-Dredging and Tendon-Relaxing Pill can relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the life quality of the patients with cold dampness and obstruction of the ankylosing spondylitis,and there is no obvious side effect.
