摘　　要：从毒论治糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)的思路可以指导临床医生未病防病,已病防变,即DN早期应警惕毒邪,扶正祛毒,以免正虚邪盛,久病入络,使治疗棘手。从毒论治DN的思路,受其发展时间的影响,仍有许多不尽完善之处:(1)由于从毒论治DN的病机尚未完全统一,中医学者各持己见,某些概念尚未标准化定义,"毒""浊毒"等概念极易混淆,存在医学用语不规范的问题,不利于中医学术之间的交流;(2)从毒论治DN的辨证分型尚未完善,且临床用药多为医家经验方剂,缺乏具有前瞻性、多中心、大数据的临床研究;(3)开展的基础研究较少,不利于从毒论治DN理论研究的发展。因此,笔者认为以后的研究应注意以上3个方面的问题,以期更好地发挥中医药治疗DN的优势。With the in-depth exploration of toxic pathogen and diabetic nephropathy(DN）,it is suggested that DN is based on toxicological theory,which makes DN coherent from etiology,pathogenesis,treatment and experimental research. At the same time,the treatment of disease should seize the main contradiction,and ＂ toxin＂ as the main contradiction of the development of DN,it is more important to guide the clinicians to prevent disease,control disease development. That is,early DN should be vigilant to toxic pathogen,strengthen healthy qi and remove toxin to avoid deficient healthy qi and excessive pathogen,and difficulty in treatment. However,influenced by its development time,the thought still has many imperfect points：(1） Because the pathogenesis of DN is not completely unified,Chinese scholars have their own opinions,some concepts have not been standardized,and the concepts of ＂ toxin＂ and ＂ turbid toxin＂ are very easy to be confused,and it is not conducive to the problem of nonstandard medical use,and communication between Chinese traditional Chinese medicine academics.(2） The syndrome differentiation and classification of DN from removing toxin theory has not been perfected,and most of the clinical drugs are doctors＇ experience prescriptions,and the clinical study of prospective,multi center and large data are insufficient.(3） Few basic research has been carried out,which is not conducive to the development of DN theory. Therefore,the author thinks the above 3 aspects should be paid attention to in order to better play the advantage of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of DN.
