摘  要:铝合金薄壁件挤压模具中的导流系统不仅决定着零件的成形质量,也决定了零件的生产效率。如何优化挤压成形模具的导流系统是模具设计的一大难题。本文以某型号铝合金门窗中的薄壁件为例,通过ANSYS模拟软件对其挤压过程进行模拟分析;以导流系统中的金属流速均匀化为目标优化了挤压模具结构,并对优化后的模具匹配了最佳的挤压速度,在提高零件生产效率的同时改善了成形质量。The diversion system in the extrusion die of aluminum alloy thin walled parts not only determines the forming quality of parts, but also determines the production efficiency of parts. How to optimize the the diversion system of the extrusion forming die is a big difficult problem in the die design. Taking the thin walled part of the aluminum alloy door and window as the example, the extrusion process was simulated and analyzed by ANSYS simulation software; taking the homogenization of metal flow rate in the diversion system as the goal,the structure of the extrusion die was optimized. The optimum extrusion speed was matched for the optimized die. Meanwhile, the production efficiency and the forming quality of the parts were all improved.
