摘  要:使用激光焊接以纯钛中间层连接钴铬合金丝和不锈钢丝异质材料。通过对比分析了加钛中间层与未加钛层的激光焊接头的组织与力学性能。结果表明:与未加钛的接头相比,加钛接头的焊缝组织形态得到一定改善,熔合性更好。Ti与Co、Cr、Ni形成化合物,在焊缝区发生化学反应实现冶金结合,从而获得可靠连接。当钛中间层厚度为40μm时,接头弯曲角度约为90°,断口呈塑性断裂特征。The Co-Cr alloy wire and stainless steel wire were joined by using laser welding with pure Ti interlayer. The microstructure and mechanical properties of laser welded joints with Ti interlayer and without Ti interlayer were compared and analyzed. The results show that the microstructure of the joint with Ti interlayer is improved and the fusion is better compared with that without Ti interlayer. Ti forms compounds with Co, Cr and Ni, and chemical reaction occurs in the weld zone to achieve metallurgical bonding and reliable connection is obtained. When the thickness of Ti interlayer is 40 μm, the bending angle of the joint is about 90°, and the fracture shows plastic fracture characteristic.
