摘 要:研究了核岛环吊牛腿的制作工艺,通过合理设计工装,调整焊接顺序,采用后热等措施最大限度地控制了焊接变形。牛腿和牛腿焊接见证件的各项性能指标合格,说明牛腿的焊接变形得到有效控制。这为其他核岛环吊牛腿的制作提供了参考和依据,具有良好的工程实用价值。The manufacturing process of the ring-lifting corbel for nuclear power station was studied. Welding deformation was controlled as far as possible by properly designing assembling tools, adjusting welding sequence and employing post heat treatment. The preformance indexes of the corbel and the test samples are qualified, which indicates that welding deformation of the corbel is controlled effectively. It provides reference and guidance for the manufacture of other ring-lifting corbel in nuclear power station, and it has good engineering practical value.
