摘  要:硝酸吸收塔冷却排管的管板焊接常采用无坡口的角对接接头,这种接头容易产生熔合区偏向,焊缝质量不稳定。采用带槽的对接接头代替无坡口的角对接接头可改善管板的焊缝质量。对这种接头形式的内孔焊焊缝质量进行了可靠性验证。试验证明,带槽的对接接头可用于提高硝酸吸收塔冷却排管的管板焊接质量。The angle butt welded joint without groove is often used in the tube-plate welding of cooling line pipe of nitric acid absorber, but the fusion zone often deviates from the center line of weld, and the weld quality is not stable. The quality of the tube-plate weld can be improved by replacing the non groove angle butt joint with the slotted butt joint.The reliability verification of the inner hole welding quality with the joint form was carried out. The experimental results show that the butt joint with slot can be used to improve the tube-plate welding quality of cooling line pipe of nitric acid absorber.
