摘  要:采用了化学配位的方法 ,以两种有机酸、硫酸汞和壳聚糖为原料制备出Hg^(2+)改性壳聚糖(Hg-CTS)新型高效吸附剂,通过FT-IR、XRD、XPS、SEM等技术对吸附剂的物化特性和微观结构进行分析,对所制备的Hg-CTS吸附剂投加量、溶液初始pH、吸附时间对硫酸废水中Cl^-吸附效果的影响进行研究。实验结果表明,Cl-初始质量浓度为1 000 mg/L,Hg-CTS投加量为0.8 g/L,反应时间为20 min,pH为3的最优条件下,Cl^-的去除率达到94%,吸附容量为117.42 mg/g。同时,Hg-CTS吸附剂对Cl-吸附动力学符合拟二级动力学模型。A new type of highly efficient adsorbent,Hg-modified chitosan(Hg-CTS) has been prepared by chemical coordination method,using two kinds of organic acids,mercury sulfate and chitosan as raw materials,and its physiochemical characteristics and microcosmic structure characterized by measures,such as FT-IR,XRD,XPS,SEM,etc.The effects of the prepared adsorbent dosage,solution initial pH and adsorption time on the adsorption of Cl^-in sulfuric acid wastewater have been investigated. The experimental results show that the removing rate of Cl^-is 94% and adsorption capacity of Hg-CTS 117.42 mg/g,under the following optimal conditions,the Cl-initial concentration is 1 000 mg/L,Hg-CTS dosage 0.8 g/L,adsorption time 20 min and Ph value 3. In addition,the adsorption kinetics of Cl-by Hg-CTS adsorbent conforms to pseudo-second-order kinetics model.
