摘  要:混凝土开裂是导致城市轨道交通地下车站结构渗漏的最主要原因。在分析地下车站主体结构混凝土开裂原因的基础上,介绍了非荷载作用下结构混凝土抗裂性评估及设计方法、塑性阶段水分蒸发抑制技术、硬化阶段水化速率与膨胀历程双重调控新技术,以及典型的工程应用,结果表明,科学设计混凝土抗裂性能,合理选择关键技术,有效控制施工工艺,可以避免地下车站结构混凝土贯穿性收缩裂缝的出现,解决混凝土结构渗漏难题。Shrinkage cracking of concrete is the main cause of the leakage of underground station structure in urban rail transit project. This paper first analyzed the main causes of cracking of structure concrete in underground station, and then introduced the crack resistance evaluation method for shrinkage cracks and the crack mitigation technologies such as the water evaporation inhibition technology in plastic phase and the dual-regulation technology of hydration rate and expansion process in hardening stage, and finally introduced the typical engineering applications. The application results show that through the scientific design of concrete deformation and crack resistance performance, and the appropriate use of crack mitigation technologies, and effective control of construction technology, penetrating crack can be completely avoided, and the leakage problem of structure can be solved.
