摘 要:基站通信中,功率放大器常用的平衡式结构线性度高但效率低,在保证高线性度的前提下为提高效率,设计了一款反向Doherty结构的功率放大器,工作于TD-LTE频段(1880~1920 MHz),可以用于4 G飞地系统中远端机的末级功率放大,有效地提高基站的信号传输。仿真结果显示,在中心频点1900 MHz附近,峰值输出功率(53 dBm)处和回退点(44.5 d Bm)处的功率附加效率分别为62.8%和38.5%,相比于平衡式结构效率提高了13.5%,二次谐波和三次谐波均大于37 dBc。最后通过实物调试及测试验证了仿真的有效性,且额定输出功率44.5 dBm时开环ACPR±20 M大于32 dBc,该设计满足基站应用。In base station communication,the balanced structure of the power amplifier is of high linearity but low efficiency.To increase efficiency under the premise of high linearity,an inverted Doherty power amplifier(IDPA),which works on the TD-LTE band(1880-1920 MHz),is designed on the basis of the ADS simulation platform.It can be used for the last stage power amplification of the remote terminal in the 4 G system to effectively improve the signal transmission of the base station.Near the central frequency of 1900 MHz,the power added efficiency at the peak output power(53 dBm) and the back point(44.5 dBm) is 62.8% and 38.5% respectively,and the efficiency of the IDPA structure is about 13.5% higher than that of the balanced structure.The two and three harmonics are more than 37 dBc.At last,the effectiveness of the simulation is verified through the physical debugging and testing.The open loop ACPR±20 M is more than 32 dBc when the rated output power is 44.5 dBm.The design meets the application of base station.
