摘 要:在交易机构相对独立和市场交易规模持续扩大的背景下,针对市场分散决策的交易结果与电网安全运行的矛盾,提出由调度机构通过安全预校核事先确定市场交易结果的可行空间,从而为交易机构组织市场交易提供依据。首先介绍实施双边交易安全预校核的意义与模式,由此在电量空间建立了描述交易结果可行域的数学模型;结合电量可行域的几何特性提出了3种可行的安全预校核思路,同时提出了基于蒙特卡洛模拟的预校核有效性检验方法。采用IEEE 9节点、30节点及118节点系统,验证了所提出的模型与方法的有效性。通过预先为双边交易划定安全边界,双边交易安全预校核可为市场交易的有序开展提供技术支撑。Under the background of the untying of trading organization and the increasing scale of bilateral trading,aiming to deal with the conflict between the trading results of decentralized decision-making in the market and the system security,the idea of bilateral trading security pre-check is proposed in order to figure out the trading security region and provide reference for the market organization.Necessities and modes of implementing the bilateral trading security pre-check are introduced firstly,followed by the modeling of trading feasible region in the energy quantity space.Three feasible pre-check models are then proposed combined with the geometrical properties of feasible region,along with a validation test method based on Monte Carlo simulation.IEEE 9-,30-and 118-bus system are employed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model and pre-check method.Hopefully,the research can provide the technical reference for the construction of bilateral markets in an orderly manner by the pre-delineation of safety boundary in China.
