平改笼饲养方式对肉鸡生产效果的影响

摘　　要：本试验旨在研究不同饲养方式对肉鸡生产效果和经济收益的影响。试验各选用3幢鸡舍进行笼养和网上平养试验。结果表明:(1)笼养组全程平均成活率98.7%,网上平养组全程平均成活率95.4%,笼养组比平养组平均成活率提高了3.3个百分点;(2)42日龄出栏均重笼养组平均为2.62kg,比平养组高0.04kg;(3)全程平均料肉比笼养组平均为1.62∶1,而平养组平均为1.75∶1,笼养组料肉比比平养组低0.13;(4)肉鸡笼养和网上平养只平均分别获利6.1元和2.43元,肉鸡笼养比网上平养每只鸡多获利3.67元。综合分析表明:笼养与网上平养相比不但能显著降低肉鸡全程料肉比和提高平均出栏体重,而且采用笼养方式还能显著提高肉鸡的经济效益。The objective of this study was to compare the effects of different rearing modes on production and economic performance of broilers.In the study,three chicken houses were selected respectively for cage test and net rearing test.The result shows：（1）The average survival rate is 98.7%in cage rearing groups and 95.4%in net rearing group.The average survival rate of cage rearing groups is 3.3% higher than that of net rearing groups;（2）For cage rearing groups（at 42 days of age）,body weight were an average of 2.62 kg,0.04 kg higher than net rearing groups;（3）The ratio of whole average feed-meat ratio and cage rearing groups was 1.62：1,and for net rearing groups,the ratio was 1.75：1,and the feed-meat ratio of cage groups was0.13 lower than net rearing groups;（4）A broiler＇s average profit of cage rearing and net rearing only was 6.1 RMB yuan and2.43 RMB yuan respectively,the average profit of a cage rearing broiler was 3.67 RMB yuan higher than net rearing broiler.Comprehensive analysis shows that compared with net rearing,cage rearing not only can significantly reduce broiler feed-meat ratio during the whole period and increase the average body weight,but also can significantly improve the economic benefits.
