摘  要:为提高现有管道负压波泄漏监测系统的监测能力,基于负压波泄漏监测技术原理,采用识别压力下降趋势的方法对管道上、下游压力进行分析,通过监测压力的持续下降识别管道泄漏。与常用的负压波泄漏监测技术相比,采用该方法识别泄漏不需要设置监测阈值,通过改变参与运算的数据长度即可实现快速监测,识别管道是否发生缓慢泄漏。将其与设置监测阈值的方法通过放油测试进行对比,结果表明:监测压力下降趋势的方法可以提高负压波泄漏监测技术的灵敏度。In order to improve the capacity of existing pipeline leak monitoring system based on negative pressure wave to detect slow pipeline leak, the upstream and downstream pressures of the pipeline were analyzed by identifying the pressure decline trend on the basis of leak monitoring technology based on negative pressure wave. Then, pipeline leak was identified by detecting the continuous pressure decline. Different from common leak monitoring technology based on negative pressure wave, the pressure decline trend detection method doesn't need to set the detection threshold when it is used for leak identification, and it can detect and identify fast and slow pipeline leak by adjusting the length of calculation data. Finally, the method was compared with which sets detection threshold by means of on-site oil release test. It is indicated ~om the test results that pressure decline trend detection method can increase the sensitivity of the leak detection technology based on negative pressure wave.
