摘  要:套管式冷凝器结构简单,广泛应用于石油化工、制冷空调和动力等行业。如果换热器与外界环境没有热量交换,则冷流体的吸热量与热流体的放热量相等。主要研究套管式冷凝器的换热量、表面传热系数和总传热系数的测试和计算方法。通过对冷凝器实验台的工作原理和使用方法的实验研究,得出水蒸汽冷凝时套管式换热器的总换热量、热平衡误差和总换热系数的变化规律,分析了不同进出口温度时表面传热系数的变化规律。Double-tube condenser has simple structure,widely used in petrochemical,refrigeration and air conditioning and power industries. If there is no heat exchange between the heat exchanger and the external environment,the amount of heat absorbed by the cold fluid is equal to the amount of heat released by the hot fluid. The test and calculation method of total heat exchange,surface heat transfer coefficient and total heat transfer coefficient of double-tube condenser were studied. Through the study of working principles and instructions for experimental platform of double-tube condenser,the total heat exchange,thermal balance error and total heat transfer coefficient of water vapor condensation process were obtained. The surface heat transfer coefficients of different inlet and outlet temperatures were analyzed.
