摘 要:以德景天为试验材料,采用水培方式进行盐胁迫,研究其在盐胁迫下及施加过氧化氢(H_2O_2)和苯甲酸钠(C_6H_5CO_2Na)处理盐胁迫下的超微弱发光(UWL)和活性氧的变化及二者之间的关系。结果表明:在盐胁迫及活性氧调控盐胁迫德景天过程中,NaCl处理和施加H_2O_2处理盐胁迫,使活性氧水平上升积累,分别高于对照和NaCl对照,施加苯甲酸钠处理盐胁迫,缓解了活性氧水平上升积累,使活性氧水平低于对照。UWL与MDA、O_2~·和相对电导率均呈显著负相关。以上结果表明,盐胁迫及活性氧调控盐胁迫下德景天的UWL并没有随着活性氧的积累而上升,反而呈下降趋势,有可能活性氧是UWL的来源之一。Sedum hybridum was used as test material.Salt stress was carried out by hydroponics.The relationship between UWL and the change of reactive oxygen under salt stress and its treatments of hydrogen peroxide(H2O2)and sodium benzoate(C6H5CO2Na)was studied.The results showed that the process of salt treatment with reactive oxygen regulation and NaCl treatment.In the process,salt treatment with H2O2 and NaCl made the accumulation of reactive oxygen level rise,was higher than that of control and NaCl treatment control.Salt stress with sodium benzoate alleviated the accumulation and rising of reactive oxygen level and was lower than the control.UWL was significantly and negatively correlated with MDA,O2^-·.Above results indicated that the process of salt treatment with reactive oxygen regulation and NaCl treatment,UWL didn′t rise with the accumulation of reactive oxygen species,but a downward trend.Reactive oxygen was possible that reactive oxygen species could be one of the sources of UWL.
