摘 要:目的了解绵阳市生活饮用水碘化物含量水平,摸清其分布情况,为科学调整碘缺乏病干预策略提供依据。方法用国家碘缺乏病参照实验室推荐方法 -砷铈催化分光光度法进行检测。结果 2017年采集全市11个县(市、区)居民的生活饮用水,共检测水样4 964份,水样碘化物含量在(0.2~103.1)μg/L之间,水碘中位数2.0μg/L,水碘化物含量大于100μg/L的1份。结论绵阳市2017年11个县(市、区)生活饮用水中碘化物含量中位数均小于10μg/L,按碘缺乏病病区划分标准,绵阳市属于碘缺乏地区。Objectives To investigate the level of iodide content in drinking water of Mianyang and to find out its distribution so as to provide basis for adjustment intervention strategies of iodide deficiency disease.Methods The iodide content in drinking water samples was determined by method-Arsenic cerium catalytic spectrophotometry recommended by national reference laboratory of iodide deficiency.Results A total of 4 964 drinking water samples were collected from eleven counties(cities,districts) of Mianyang in 2017.The iodide contents were between(0.2-103.1) μg/L.The iodide median was 2.0 μg/L.The iodide content of one sample was greater than 100 μg/L.Conclusions The iodide median of drinking water samples of eleven counties(cities,districts) in Mianyang was lower than 10 μg/L.According to standard delimitation for the endemic area of iodide deficiency disorder and iodide deficiency,Mianyang was the area of iodide deficiency.
