摘 要:菠萝叶纤维有着天然的抗菌能力,较强的吸湿排汗能力,透气干爽,且具有易纺纱、易漂染、易降解等特点。同时,脱胶工艺是麻类纤维纺纱前的必经工艺处理,主要利用物理和生物的方法从天然菠萝叶片中提取纤维并进行脱胶处理,探讨了脱胶工艺对纤维细度、纤维表面形态、断裂强度及热分解性能的影响。结果表明:物理生物联合脱胶工艺在极大限度减少污染、提高脱胶效率的同时,对菠萝叶纤维的细度、断裂强度不会产生较大影响,纤维的热分解温度升高,并且随着脱胶率的提高,纤维的纵向形态由束状逐渐变成单纤维状态,各项性能也都达到了作为工艺纤维的基本条件。Pineapple leaf fiber has good natural anti-bacterial ability,strong moisture absorption ability,ventilation and dryness,and also has the characteristics of easy spinning,easy dyeing and easy degradation,etc.Meanwhile,the degumming process is a necessary process for the hemp fiber before spinning. The fiber was extracted and from Pineapple leaves by using physical and biological methods and degumming process was conducted,and the effects of the degumming process on the fiber fineness,the fiber surface morphology,fracture strength and the thermal decomposition were discussed. The results showed that the physical and biological joint degumming technology could reduce pollution and improve the degumming efficiency substantially,and at the same time,it had little effect on the fineness and fracture strength of pineapple leaf fiber,the temperature of thermal decomposition of the fibers increased; with the increase of degumming rate,the longitudinal morphology of the fiber gradually changed from bundle to single fiber state and all properties of the fiber reached the basic condition of process fiber.
