摘 要:与传统的隔热材料相比,气凝胶具有低热导率、低密度、低折射率、高比表面积、高孔隙率以及高透光性等特性,在热防护纺织品上,尤其是消防服、单兵战训服上具有良好的应用前景。介绍了气凝胶的定义、特性和发展历程,详细阐述了气凝胶的隔热机理,重点讨论了气凝胶材料在热防护织物上的应用方法与现状,有利于推动气凝胶材料在消防服、战训服等热防护纺织品上的广泛应用。Compared with the traditional insulation materials,aerogel has certain good properties such as low thermal conductivity,low density,low refractive index,high surface area,high porosity and high transmittance and so on,which means that it has promising application prospect in thermal protective textile,especially in fire clothing and individual combat training clothes. The definition,characteristics and development process of the aerogel were introduced and the thermal insulation mechanism of aerogel was elaborated; the application method and present status of aerogel on thermal protective textiles were discussed specifically,which was helpful to promote the extensive application of aerogel in thermal protective textiles such as fire clothing and combat training clothes.
