摘　　要：目的:系统分析香砂六君子汤治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法 :通过检索Cochrane图书馆、Pub Med、Medline、CNKI、VIP、WANFANG等数据库,收集2007年1月至2017年4月以香砂六君子汤为基础方治疗功能性消化不良的随机对照试验,按Cochrane系统评价的方法评价纳入研究的质量,并用Rev Man 5.3软件对结果进行Meta分析。结果:纳入17篇文献,共1,410例患者。Meta分析显示:与对照组比较,香砂六君子汤组能提高功能性消化不良的治愈率、有效率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但未能提高其胃排空率、降低复发率和不良反应(P>0.05)。结论:香砂六君子汤治疗功能性消化不良有效,但本研究纳入的文献质量不高,论证强度有限,将来还需要更多的高质量研究进一步验证。Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods： The Cochrane library, Pub Med, Medline, CNKI, VIP and Wan Fang Data were searched to collect randomized controlled trials（RCTs） about Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction in treating functional dyspepsia from January 2007 to April 2017 and made a Meta-analysis by using Rev Man 5.3 software. Results：A total of 17 RCTs involving 1,410 patients were included into the study. Meta-analysis results show that Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction showed a significant improvement in cure rate and clinical efficacy, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; the gastric emptying rate, the recurrence rate and the adverse reaction were not statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusions： This Meta-analysis suggests that Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction is an effective option for patients with FD. Due to limited quantity of the included studies, the above conclusions are still needed to be further verified by more high-quality studies.
